COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer S801T30N3S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tech-Motive-Tool product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the SW1DHH16C4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKD11016 manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T066I045MSP3 by Manufacturer Tech-Motive-Tool as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Semikron Brand SKD100GAL123D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Servostar such as SR85200000000 equipment made by Servostar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Servostar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Servostar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SKNH5616E made by Semikron as well as the popular TM20000212A original spares produced by Santec-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SED27532X by Siemens and SR85200000000 spares by Servostar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SZ01S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
